Your ZTagger’s battery should last approximately four to six hours of continuous gameplay. If you are experiencing less than this, please contact us.
ZTaggers should charge 0% – 100% in approximately 2-3 hours. If you are experiencing slow charging times, please contact us.
To do a soft restart, simply press the red power button on the side of the ZTagger once to power cycle the unit.

Yes, you are able to change settings to customize your gameplay. To do this, open the game you wish to play. From there, click on the gear icon on the top right of the screen. You will be able to change perimeters such as game time limit, health, infection time, etc.
