Frequently asked questions

To update your Z.U.E.S. unit, follow these steps:

  1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.
  2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
  3. Under “Connection” ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
  4. Click on “Firmware” and click the download icon for the version you wish to use.
  5. Once the file is downloaded, click the push icon to upload the new firmware.
  6. Once the upload is completed, restart your Zues unit.
  7. Your Zues is now updated.

To update your Z.U.E.S. unit, follow these steps:

  1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.
  2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
  3. Under “Connection” ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
  4. Click on “Firmware” and click the download icon for the version you wish to use.
  5. Once the file is downloaded, click the push icon to upload the new firmware.
  6. Once the upload is completed, restart your Zues unit.
  7. Your Zues is now updated.

To update your ZTaggers, follow these steps:

  1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.
  2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
  3. Under “Connection” ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
  4. Click on “Devices”
  5. Click on the ZTagger you wish to update. Click on “Select Firmware” and choose a firmware to upload.
  6. Click the “Push Firmware” button to update your ZTagger.
  7. Repeat this process for every ZTagger you wish to update.
  8. Your ZTagger is now updated.

To update your Z.U.E.S. unit, follow these steps:

  1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.

ZTaggers should charge 0% – 100% in approximately 2-3 hours. If you are experiencing slow charging times, please contact us.

To do a soft restart, simply press the red power button on the side of the ZTagger once to power cycle the unit.

To reset the software on the ZTagger, follow the ZTagger software update steps here:

  1. Power on your Zues unit and wait for the ZTAG software to start.
  2. Click on the gear icon on the top right of your screen to enter the settings menu.
  3. Under “Connection” ensure you are connected to a wifi network.
  4. Click on “Devices”
  5. Click on the ZTagger you wish to update. Click on “Select Firmware” and choose a firmware to upload.
  6. Click the “Push Firmware” button to update your ZTagger.
  7. Repeat this process for every ZTagger you wish to update.
  8. Your ZTagger is now updated.

Updating the software for your Z.U.E.S. will automatically update your games, if there are updates available.

Yes, you are able to change settings to customize your gameplay. To do this, open the game you wish to play. From there, click on the gear icon on the top right of the screen. You will be able to change perimeters such as game time limit, health, infection time, etc.
